Dear Atlanta Malayalees,

We the Executive Committee are proud to announce the Venue for our annual Picnic. As our organization is growing big we need a bigger park to hold our event. The 2013 EC has decided to hold this year’s PICNIC at the biggest Pavilion Gwinnett County has to offer!!

THE MEDLOCK @ PINCKNEYVILLE PARK.

The Medlock Corporate Pavilion is a 5,000 square feet Private Pavilion that holds 400 people with

* Catering kitchen
* Pond
* 2.4-mile paved multipurpose trail
* Restrooms
* Grill
* Volleyball Court
* Children's Park
* Dog Park
* Roller hockey rink
* Free-skate area.
* 200 Car Parking Space
This is the first time in GAMA's History a picnic has held in a well thought location.

The Medlock @ Pinckneyville offers multiple activities for every member in the GAMA family.

* Our kids will enjoy the indoor Roller Hockey rink, skate rink, (make sure your kids bring their roller Blades, Roller Skates,skate boards)
* A Volleyball court for our members (Friendly matches will be held during picnic.
* For our little members the children's Park is attached to the pavilion.
* For the members who just want to come and relax, sit back and relax at the pond a few feet away from the Pavilion. (Bring a book)
* Plenty of Green Space for our fun games and Activities.
* 2.4 Miles of Paved trail for the members who enjoys a leisurely walk.
* If you have four legged family members, bring them with you, A dog Park is there for them to enjoy as well.  The Pavilion has seating for 400 members, so you don’t have to worry about the blazing hot weather or a sudden rain.
Come and enjoy your GAMA's Picnic, make new friends or renew old friendships. (Members are free to the event)
