10.45--Competitions Will commence

Breakfast:

Breakfast open: 10.00 AM
            Break fast will be served between 10.00 am - 10.45 am
            Breakfast will be CLOSED at 11.00 am

Morning Games:

Selected fun games will be conducted between 10.45 am and 12.30 pm
Candy picking for the kids (Pre K and KG)
Water balloon throw for the couples (Married Couples)

Hula Hoops (Elementary, Middle school). Only for girls. Please bring your hula hoops.
Basket ball free throw (Middle school and High school and above boys and girls).

This game is parallel to Hoops.

Flour and Coin game - Fun game (Individual all ages) - (if time permits)
Ball passing - For all (if time permits)

Lunch:

12.30 pm lunch OPEN
12.30 pm to 2.00 pm lunch break
2.00 pm. Lunch will be CLOSED.

Afternoon Games: 

 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm selected fun games will be conducted
Musical chair (gender separated elementary, middle, high, adults)

Tail plugging (gender separated elementary, middle, high, adults)

Lemon and Spoon race (If time permits)

Bingo

Fund raising Bingo games [1 full hour] 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm.  Bingo sheet will be sold for $10 per sheet. Please bring enough money to buy bingo sheets.

Tug of War

Tug of war 4.00 pm -5.00 pm. [Kids, Adults men and women separate. There is existing rolling trophy for men but no existing rolling trophy for women as of today but Prices will be awarded to all winners.]

5.00 pm. Picnic will be closed.

Notes: Soda and chips will be out there for sale through out the
program & coffee and snacks between 2pm and 5pm as part of GAMA’ s ongoing fund raising initiatives.
