GAMA 2024 Men’s Night Registration

Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the GAMA Men's Night organized by the Greater Atlanta Malayali Association (GAMA) on November 22, 2024. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions as part of my participation in this event:

1. Assumption of Risk

   I understand that my participation in this event, including activities related to consuming food and beverages, involves inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I acknowledge that GAMA and its representatives are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse effects that may arise from my participation.

2. Release of Liability

   I hereby release, waive, and discharge GAMA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Indemnification

   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless GAMA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from my actions, negligence, or any other conduct during the event.

4. Alcohol Consumption and Responsibility

   I acknowledge that alcohol may be served at this event and agree to consume alcohol responsibly if I choose to do so. I understand that GAMA encourages all participants to drink responsibly, and I assume full responsibility for my behavior, actions, and decisions while under the influence of alcohol. I agree to arrange my own transportation if necessary and to avoid driving under the influence.

5. Media Release

   I grant GAMA permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other media that may capture my participation in the event for promotional or marketing purposes. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such media.

Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, I authorize GAMA or its representatives to seek necessary medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

Dress Code: Formal attire is preferred. Please come dressed in business casuals (with Blazers preferably) to maintain the event's ambiance. Thank you for your cooperation..!!
